“Most organized company I’ve worked for”
This is the most organized company I’ve ever worked for. Everything from the meetings, monthly book clubs, personal enrichment sessions, everything has a structure so there are little to no “waste my time” activities. Especially with being a remote company, there is a lot of autonomy with working here. Management and higher-ups are always open to constructive feedback and adjustments (when they make sense) are implemented immediately. The company values are definitely designed to support all employees – input/advice from newcomers is expected to help the company have a fresh perspective and to help our clients have the best experiences possible… [READ FULL REVIEW] Brook Laws Current Sales Development Representative based in Saint Louis, MO
“Growing company with great culture of personal and professional growth”
SPS is just a great atmosphere to work in. They are forward-thinking with some real A players in each position. I have been with them since they started at one position or another and plan to be working here for years to come. One of the things that I find most appealing is that we are all looking out for each other and helping each other advance and improve. There are no office politics that I have found in other companies. The company itself is growing fast and that means room each person also has room to grow in their roles… [READ FULL REVIEW] Sean Sumner Current Community Manager based in Folsom, CA

The main purpose of the personal assistant is to manage the daily, weekly and monthly tasks to give Chandler a larger capacity to focus on his business.
By freeing up space in his everyday life, you’re allowing him to scale and grow his business thereby impacting a ton of lives.
Any housekeeping that needs to be taken care of during working hours – that do not involve his business – should be taken care of.
This frees up Chandler’s time to work on high leverage activities that drive the company forward…creating growth, jobs, and opportunity for everyone involved.
This person will do general housekeeping such as laundry, unloading dishes, grocery shopping for non deliverable foods, picking up prescriptions, taking his car in for services, etc.
With Chandler newly moving into a new place, you will be responsible to keep up with all necessary move in responsibilities that come with moving into a new place.
