Great question! We have learned over the years that the writing is actually the easy part. But things like cover design, formatting, author websites, getting your ISBN number, publishing, and setting up distribution, etc. are some of the tasks that slow busy people like you down and often are roadblocks that end up costing you thousands to get done elsewhere.
