My name is Chandler Bolt, and I run an Online Education company called Self Publishing School. We help people write and publish books that grows their impact, income, and business.

The purpose of this role is to assist in providing a Disney-level experience to Self-Publishing School’s customers (we call our customers “students”) through our Marketing Coordinator Position. You are accountable for fulfilling on our DFY services that will help them get results with their book and/or business while experiencing incredible service. Doing this will directly contribute to revenue growth for the company by way of referrals and renewals.
Every day, you will have the opportunity to provide students with a positive, personalized, and high-quality experience with Self-Publishing School. You’ll coordinate between coaches, student success, and our other DFY specialists to set our students up for success, and manage fulfillment to completion. You’ll provide efficient assistance to our students, and respond to support tickets where necessary.
Day-to-day, you’ll be working with and continuously improving our DFY services, turnaround time, capacity, and ultimately…student results.
You’ll be accountable for these KPI’s:
- 8.75+ NPS of DFY Services
- Throughput (amount of DFY services we’re completing and capacity to scale)
- Turnaround time of DFY services – 2 weeks or less
NOTE: This position full-time and virtual. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at SPS is located around the world, with the majority of us in North America.

At Self Publishing School, we value work ethic, coachability, attitude, and past results you’ve delivered significantly more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.
Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for.

- Love to “wow” customers by providing incredible design work.
- Experience managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Have experience using and operating within software (Hubspot, Google Drive, Asana, Zoom, inDesign, etc.).
- One-to-many mentality, not just one-to-one.
- High-level eye and ability to help students achieve great results.
- At least 2 years of high-level design experience.
- Experience in an online environment.
- Experience with book production and book marketing at scale.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management to complete fulfillment services for students
