My name is Chandler Bolt, and I run an Online Education company called Self Publishing School. We help people write and publish a book that grows their impact, income, and business.

Your mission (should you choose to accept it): is to lead a team responsible for the development of all assets for internal house & alumni webinars, affiliate webinars, and evergreening webinars, tripwires, live and virtual events, low-ticket offers, and affiliate events to help grow Self Publishing School’s revenue as fast as possible, while also finding ways to optimize our current user experience journeys to result in more authors, more books, and more lives changed.

You MUST be:

  • Ready to learn, be challenged, and grow a ton
  • An analytical thinker who loves funnel building strategy, A/B testing, digging into the data to find the low-converting pathways, and making data-driven decisions that result in higher conversions

Specifically, you’ll focus on 3 areas: 

  1. Funnel systems strategy, design, and creation
  2. Digital marketing automation expertise to help us increase overall demand generation across all funnels for SPS and 5 other platform sites
  3. Systems thinking and helping us solve the problems causing the problems across our systems

When the job is done correctly, our funnels are highly converting and we are able to implement new ideas and strategies across SPS without any bottlenecks on the funnel and systems deliverables.  


We’re looking for someone to join our team to support paid and organic marketing efforts across 5 websites.

As Senior Funnel Architect and Automation Expert at Self-Publishing School, you’ll be responsible for building strategic, automated, conversion rate optimized funnels, from concept through creating the initial email workflow follow-up sequences for everything from Challenge funnels, opt-in funnels, low ticket funnels, book funnels, to mid-ticket funnels that help our business generate revenue 24/7/365 and qualified sales call appointments at the highest level possible. You’ll be responsible for leading a small team and developing required skill sets to make sure we are creating automated, high-converting sales funnels from start to finish that results in optimized conversions of all webinars, tripwires, live and virtual events, affiliate events, and anything else we can dream up that will help us to reach our goal of getting 100,000 books launched by 2035 and impacting 1.2 million lives in the process.

Ideal candidates will have mastery-level experience with ClickFunnels, intermediate experience with Hubspot Themes Landing Pages, forms, and automated workflows, Infusionsoft, Zapier, Funnelytics.io, and Webinarjam software systems. Experience with WordPress and Gutenberg is preferred for the placement of lead magnets within the website.

Candidates will be comfortable/have intermediate knowledge/junior level direct response copywriting skills and have a keen eye for conversion-based design and amplifying the customer journey experience. You will use your creativity and eye for design – along with your technical knowledge – to develop delightful experiences that result in sales. You’ll put all of your knowledge and expertise into action with the ability to make your mark across ​​multiple channels including  6 websites, a Youtube channel of 75k subs, a social community of over 100,000 followers and so much more. 

Under the leadership of our VP of Marketing, you’ll work with our team’s Editor in Chief, Content & Offer Creation Specialist, Marketing Systems Coordinator, Copywriter, and Graphic Designer. Together you’ll deliver strategic whiteboard overviews (funnelytics.io), mockups, MVPs, and final products. You will have a direct impact on the customer’s user experience of our product. You will report directly to our VP of Marketing and will assist in planning new campaigns and coordinating directly with team members in charge of new assets and new product creation to obtain new assets as needed to launch and test new funnels.


  1. Lead to Qapp %
    1. Event registrations, offer conversions, etc
  2. Revenue Generation on Tripwire and Low-Ticket Offers
  3. Funnel completion by deadline with 0 errors

NOTE: This position full-time and virtual. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at SPS is located around the world, with the majority of us in North America. Preference for this position is someone working in the US or Canada.

  • 3+ years working in an agency or hyper-growth digital marketing team 
  • Experience building high-converting automated marketing systems 
  • Ability to build out an entire strategy while consistently optimizing each step of the user experience journey
  • Extensive experience with A/B testing/ Multivariate testing
  • Minimum junior level direct response copy level skills (Senior preferred)
  • A keen eye for quality control and an ability to spot tech breaks and glitches quickly
  • Conversion-based design across all aspects of funnel strategy, design, and creation
  • Experience with customer journey optimization from prospect’s first interaction to last
  • Coordinating with Paid Channel Manager to Create/Edit funnels to scale quickly
  • A zen-like attitude to tech breaks, and the ability to move forward with timely fixes with minimal disruption or emotional upset
  • 2+ years of experience with the above-mentioned software is preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate with a proven portfolio.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns within funnel conversion systems and user-experience journeys


  • Email strategist with the ability to help own promotional calendar and increase overall email conversion and demand generation
  • 7+ years working in an agency or hyper-growth digital marketing team 
  • 2+ years of experience with the above-mentioned software is preferred, but willing to make exceptions for the right candidate with a proven portfolio.
  • Extensive experience with ZenDesk, FB Business Manager, Google Adwords, and Kixie
  • Desire to continue to grow through continuing training


$50,000 – $80,000; depending on qualification and experience.
